Recently ate at the birch and bottle 'Chang Noi' restruant with a living social voucher.
First impressions aren't the best as its basically an old fashioned pub with a restruant attached. However this did not bother us to much, so we proceeded to the table, where the fun and games began!
We were given a special living social menu, with roughly 8 starters and 8 mains to choose from. However as this was not stated in the t&c's we asked if we choose from the main menu, we were told no. I had to complain once again and after the waitress spoke to the manager we were aloud to choose from the extensive main menu.
The food was good. Duck pancakes and ribs to start, although small in portions they were tasty none the less. Mains of crispy beef and king prawn cashmir also good. Small portions again.
Overall we were impressed with the food, after the initial issues with the voucher. Sometimes wonder why places like this sign up for these deals, then try to save costs by compromising on quality. Glad we didn't pay full price!
