My daughter recommended this hotel to us, as she had stayed here last year. Received a warm welcome on arrival and the receptionist made us aware of the meal deals on offer. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and there was no noise. Also, because of the recent hot weather, the management provided an electric fan for our convenience! At £67 for the room plus £22 per person for dinner/ breakfast, this was great value.

Room Tip: We found our room very quiet, it was on the ground floor.

Paid £34 for 1 night and our room was clean and comfortable. Didn't have to pay for parking and the staff on reception were friendly. The bed was comfy and the shower did the business!
We paid for breakfast when checking in, this was at the Brewers Fayre pub next door - good value breakfast with eat as much as you like and refillable drinks all for £8 each. My only gripe on the pub was that no staff greeted us or checked that we had paid for breakfast so we could have just walked in off the street, plus there seemed to be a few dirty plates/dishes amongst the clean ones.

I found myself staying here to collect an early morning bus to Belgium. As usual, Premier Inn was reliably comfortable with a TV that was huge, a reasonable desk space and enough free wi-fi to collect the e-mail and reply. Comfortable bed, good hot shower (late at night and at 4:30 am) and no trouble finding a toothbrush and toothpaste (at a cost though but not too exorbitant). Good restaurant attached with very helpful staff. I was able to leave my car there for a few days to be collected on the return jouney without charge.

The roundabout onto the A55 (or whatever the Cheshire ring road is called near the hotel) was a bit of a nightmare and I found myself on the way to North Wales rather than back towards Runcorn and Manchester but I can't blame Premier Inn for that

I stayed here 1 night in July 2012. The usual nice room and a huge TV made this a very relaxing stay. Also the food at the attached pub was very nice and lots of it. All the staff at the Inn and the pub were very helpful and polite. Can’t really be faulted. As a chain Premier Inn are pretty much at the top of their game at the moment – hope it stays that way.

Stayed here at an average of £60 a night on NON Fexible rate , booked a room for my son late had to pay £70.
They've done away with all drawers! Noise reduction I suppose . But deisel contractors vans outside your bedroom are worse. Also no 2 pin sockets for razors or toothbrushes. Adaptors provided at reception!!!!!! old ones customers had left behind I think. NONE worked.

Stayed here for a visit to Chester, No faults what so ever.
Very friendly and cheerful staff, from the girl on reception to the cleaners.
Room was spotless.
Ideal location if doing the tourist stuff in Chester as the park and ride is just a 5min stroll away.
