It's a river! A review for a river?
It's wet. It flows. It has ducks.
If I was going to say anything it would be to go to Llangollen and see the start of the river by the Horseshoe falls.
Extremely picturesque, so go in the summer and take your camera. Walk along the canal to it's end, about 3 or 4 miles outside of the town and when you get to the end, you'll be able to see the falls... Nice!

The sweeping river has a flood plan on which one can walk the dogs and come back along the bank to see rowing eights. A trip up he river on one of the pleasure boats then finishes the day

A lot to see if you take the time to just wander, There are some really nice walks for all ages and abilities on both sides of the river.
