Description: Fabulous pub food produced in a great British, traditional, friendly and inviting surroundings. The award winning kitchen is a hive of creativity where the venue's passionate, talented, and creative Head Chef, along with the rest of the dedicated team, work their magic as they cook freshly prepared, and locally sourced meat, fish, veg and dairy products, as well as freshly baked artisan breads. The seasonally changing, modern Great British-Style menu's, are the epiphany of today's "gastro-style" pub restaurants, but along with a sense of the "home-comforts", often contain that "twist" on tradition, as well as flavours and variants on recipes from all over the World.

Been here a few time now and came as a party of 6 this time. The menu has Changed but is still good we love the idea of the tapas and they do a great twist on there food. Me and my partner decided to share the ploughman's salad and then a couple of tapas dishes which was great when it all came out the salad was a nice surprise it wasn't just a salad it was of course there own twist again love the ideas. Puddings great also the earl grey brûlée is very nice. Highly recommend and will always be back for more.

Went here as a party of 6. Have been before and had excellent food then. New menu this week and couldn't fault any of it. Very busy so must be doing something right. Was a little noisy which might put some diners off.

We enjoyed a great meal here last night, good fresh food, lovely atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff.
This pub seems to attract the locals and visitors, so we were thankful we booked ahead.
The rabbit pie was lovely and the chocolate pudding was to die for.

Went here with my friend a few weeks ago, staff were really helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic, the tapas is such an original idea and different to anywhere else. The main courses were very enjoyable and we managed to squeeze in a dessert. A wonderful experience and I would recommend it to anyone!

Reading all the reviews I wonder is it me? Or where do the benchmarks of others lie? Presentation of the dishes are excellent , but the food, in reality a big disappointment. Hot salmon starter wasn't hot...goats cheese cheesecake was firm and had the feeling that it wasn't long out of the chiller...Beefburger seemed of a compressed manufactured nature and tasted synthetic, and the chips? Come on, if you can't get chips right what hope is there for a restaurant? Absolutely tasteless. Beware!
