“Great little B&B and very reasonable”

Good sized rooms, super friendly service and only a short walk to the town. I stayed here for 3 weeks while working in the area and was able to store my bike in a safe, protected place - they even let me leave it there over the weekends

We found this b and b very good. we stayed in room 5 , which was clean, comfortable and spacious. It has its own carpark and is only 5 minutes away from the railway station, or 15 minutes walk to town, or a couple of minutes walk to bus stop into town. The landlady was very pleasant and gave us info on sightseeing in the area. We would definately stay again, and recomend it to anyone.

My partner and I stayed for the weekend. The room we had was small but it was very clean. The owner was friendly and very accommodating. The loctation was good as it was not too far away from the city centre. The breakfast was nice, although my partner would of liked a bigger breakfast, they did cater for my veggie request. Upon leaving I had left my ring and the owners daughter rushed out to give me it which I was so pleased about. So overall a pleasant stay.

Has the other guest have said the house is very clean and the land lady is very pleasant.
My gripes are even after I phoned and informed them that my hubby was a veggie and was told its not a problem. On our first morning we were asked if we wanted full English, my version of full English is sausage, bacon egg, mushroom hash brown or fried bread toms or beans, with a choice of brown or white toast, well what arrived and by the way it was on a tea plate ! was one small sausage one bit of bacon half a tom, a desert spoon of beans, when reminded of the fact hubby a veggie the option was to have the veggie things of the full English , unfortunately my hubby doesn’t like tomatoes, so was given two eggs and some beans mmm lovely ! Now the content of the breakfast was hot and tasty just not enough and we had it the following morning as well. I just think a 4 star b and b would offer more choice, also only orange juice , no fruit or yogurts and the cereal wasn’t the freshest.. we only got one packet of biscuits in our room , yes there was 3 in there , but none the next day
If we had been given more chioce at breakfast we would have proberbly stayed there again

Dorota, the landlady of the B&B, was extraordinarily welcoming and attentive to the needs of her guests during their stay and very accommodating. I was made to feel cared for and great attention to detail, even down to the flat-screen TV/DVD combo in my room!

Would happily recommend staying for anyone travelling for business or pleasure wanting to be close to Chester but not in it.

Overall I would love to visit and stay again and it lives up to the motto of the business of "Arrive as guests, leave as friends"!

We stayed for the weekend and went to the races,we walked there and it took us about 25 mins,but there was a bus stop at the end of the road and plenty of taxis.The house was beautiful and set in lovely gardens breakfast was tasty with choice of full english,cereal,toast tea etc,the house was spotlessly clean and the landlady could not do enough to help.We will definetly stay again and would reccomend to any age group great weekend...Thank you
