A great hotel especially if you get the £29 per night deal it can hardly be faulted. Superb staff, great customer service, friendly, helpful and efficient receptionists, great liverpudlian looking after the superb breakfast buffet.
The rooms are large and clean with good bathrooms. Didn't pay for the WiFi.
The car park is small and for the perfect stay you need to acquire a space but in three 2 night stays we have failed only on one night when we had to park by the station which was very inconvenient. If you don't get a parking space then unloading is a hassle with so many double yellows outside.
this hotel has a bar we were able to have a couple of early evening drinks in while our young boy slept in the buggy which was a bonus. the staff were very child friendly.
location is fantastic, very central to the city.
We will continue to stay here every time we are in the city, we had used the travelodge in the city center before and this hotel is far superior.
