“Another good stay...”

Our 2nd visit to this PTI, once again was a comfortable stay. The location is very good, rooms clean and very comfortable, especially the beds. Room was nice and warm. We had the buffet breakfast which was really good value for money. Staff all friendly and efficient. We parked in the railway station which is a 10 min walk away and we paid £5.70 which is for 24 hrs.
We ate out at the Harkers arms pub which is a few yards down from the PTI, highly recommend this pub. Overall a good night away in Chester.

Stayed here with my partner Saturday 26th October. Friendly, helpful staff greeted us as we checked in. Overnight car parking was a 5 minute walk away by the train station at a good price for 24 hours. We then explored Chester through the day which was a short walk from the hotel. As ever in a Premier Inn the room was very spacious, very clean and ideal for a short break.

That evening we had booked to go the brilliant Siam Thai restaurant, which at time of booking hadn't realised it was virtually next door. we had a lovely night cap in the bar at the hotel, with plenty of people making it a really good atmosphere.

In the morning we enjoyed a really good English breakfast in the hotel, with plenty of choice and serve yourself hot buffet, which I prefer. The staff as ever, very helpful and nice! Overall we had a brilliant short trip and we are planning to go back as soon as we can.

As we needed to catch an early train out of Chester and returning very late, this hotel was ideally located clse to the main railway station. It is also a good location for reaching the city centre.

The hotel car park (pay and display!!!) is very small and alternatives car parks (pay and display) about 10 minutes away.

Rooms comfortable (no air conditioning and "unopenedable" windows) means the room can get very hot.

Our group of 5 retired "lads" stayed here 3nights to explore Chester & Liverpool. On a per with the excellent P I s at Kidderminster, with integral restaurant. Keenly priced. Premises attractive. Rooms clean & new with air-con. Cheerful & helpful reception & restaurant Staff. Very good breakfast (but did not sample evening meals as we went out). Recommended.

This hotel is in a decent location. A short walk form the train station and not far from central Chester.

The room was a good size, beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful when I needed them. Bathroom was an adequate size. Wifi was free for 30 minutes each day and then it was 3GBP for 24 hours.

Very security conscious hotel. One needed to swipe their key card to get in the corridors where rooms are located. Also after hours you would need to swipe your key card to get back in the Hotel.

We would stay again and not give it a 2nd thought.

Premier Inn you get what you pay for, clean, modern, comfortable.
The food was ok too but,the restuarant at night was quiet,ok no problem except the staff made us feel like we were disturbing their evening and we felt had we been there a bit longer they would have finished our meal for us,put our coats on for us and shuffled us out the door.
Breakfast was a hot plate not served, this again is ok as long as the kitchen keeps up with the food and we didn't have to eat the hot food in 3 phases.
Minor details really but....
