No parking available. Small room. Supposed to be a double bed but was actually two single mattresses pushed together. Check in took a long time and reception area was cramped so that customers coming through from the bar/restaurant had to squeeze past. Reception staff tried to be helpful but didn't seem to have the same attitude I have experienced at many other Premier Inns. Breakfast buffet wasn't available at 6.30am as advertised. They did do a breakfast to order that was very nice but it took longer than the buffet would have done so it was all bit rushed for me. It is a good central location.
As there was no phone in the room, I rang the number on the back of the Good Night Guarantee from my mobile and got recorded message that the number was not in use at the moment.More
