This is our second visit to Efes and this time was just as good. Booking is essential as it always seems busy. Went for the special meze starter which is delicious and gives a good selection of what's on offer if you can't choose. The pitta bread is excellent for dipping.
The main courses are quite meaty (unless you opt for the limited vegetarian choices) but delicious. Cooked to perfection on the open flame grill. Service is friendly and efficient. Tried a Turkish wine which wasn't that bad, if a little expensive at £23 a bottle.
Food is at least equivalent to some of the delicious grilled foods I've had in the Kas region of Turkey. Well worth a visit.
