Amazing looking restaurant. Wasn't blown away by the food first time (except for the starters) but second time I had a special and it was amazing.

We have been looking forward to trying this restaurant for a while and it turned out to be a very enjoyable experience. The menu was great and the food and wine did not disappoint. Staff were friendly and efficient. The 3 courses were excellent value at just around £20, we are looking forward to going back as soon as possible. Our friends enjoyed it too so I think they will be joining us when we return.

We found this by happy accident, and didn't have a booking. We managed to get seated very quickly and were impressed with the decor of the place. It was quite hot though. The restaurant was packed, but the service seemed to be flowing well.

We spotted 3 courses for £20 and decided to go for this. I had a goat's cheese salad, lamb tagine then pancake. Portions were fresh and big, ras el hanout used for the lam was great, portions were big and satisfying. Pleased to see a big basket of bread to go with the tagine. Evoked good holiday memories to Marrakech.

Only concern was some of the pancake was burnt. Note the place only takes cash.

Will come again.

Came across this great restaurant whilst on our way for a curry, and decided to give it try, as it looked so cosy through the window, plus a chance to try something a little different.
The restaurant was very busy but staff were very friendly and attentive. The food tasted fresh and tasty and although we didn't have any alcohol it was a fun night. The only issue being that they don't accept payment by card, and there were no signs that we could see to let you know this before you ordered!

On the whole a good alternative to an curry or Chinese with a great atmosphere, deserts could be improved though.

I have been to the Bedouin 5 times now. The portion sizes seem to vary with the dish you order, and the prices are between £10 and £17 for main dishes. It is good, home cooked north African (Algerian) food. The vegetarian choice is also tasty. The food is very good in general, but the atmospher is great.

If anything lets this restaurant down it is the slow and sometimes patchy quality of the service. Some of the waiters/waitresses are excellent and others are nowhere to be seen. If you are not in a hurry, and want a nice relaxed evening with friends, this is the place to go.
