“Far too expensive!!”
Reviewed November 4, 2013 via mobile

Took our two year old daughter here last weekend and we were shocked at how expensive it was! Even after you are in you have constant pressure to spend more money- extra to carve pumpkins, extra to ride on outdoor tractors, extra to feed animals AND they use the biggest trick in the book- forced exit through the gift shop!!! We ate in the restaurant and it was pretty bad too, just fried everything and absolutely packed. This place did not have anything extra to warrant such high prices compared to our local kids farm and we stick to that in future.

“Good fun for the kids”
Reviewed October 17, 2013

As the other reviewers say it is expensive for a family but entertained my kids all day! There isn't a huge amount in the way of animals but still enough to keep the young ones happy. They also have lots of activities going on including rabbit time, sheep racing, tractor ride, feeding pigs and other things. The children loved the different playgrounds and they are much better than what you get in a local park. The inside play area is also very good and they loved that too. The kids had a lovely day and we were here from 11 til 5 so was an good day out

“Costly unless you take out a membership”
Reviewed September 9, 2013

There's a lot here - from playgrounds to tractor rides to animal feeding, sheep racing and (shock!) farm stuff. It's done well and will keep kids royally entertained for most of a day.

But it is very expensive for a family as there's no discount and adults are charged a pretty high entry fee. The way around this is to join as a member & then if you live local enough you can get your entry back quite quickly if your kids enjoy returning (which they probably will!).

“Very expensive”
Reviewed August 23, 2013

Very over priced for what it is have been to better, not a great or huge amount of animals a token choice of goats, sheep, pigs a few cows and donkeys.

The outside play area is nice however there is a over load of wasps al around, the indoor play area is nice, but the canteen section is poor the tables are left dirty for a long period of time, food is not great quality and over priced.

My little boy had a good time but I would not be going Again due to cost, and putting the cost up for school holidays as well is very cheeky.

“Variety of activities”
Reviewed August 22, 2013 via mobile

Quite an expensive afternoon out. However there are plenty of things to keep the children busy. They enjoyed feeding the animals and also playing in the well-equipped park. It was also a treat to meet Ben and Holly who were visiting! The indoor play area was very busy but the kids loved it. I think you would need a full day there to get value for money.
