Been here a couple of times as one of my friends was working here. Where do I start.
Firstly everything is very over priced for sausages that are all microwaved and the black rock is just steaks that you cook yourself. If you manage to get yourself an early table you will be reminded several times that you need to be off that table in time for the second sitting, and if you happen to get a later table you will be told several times that the restaurant closes at 11pm sharp. In my opinion they want your money then out simple as that. In addition if you make the mistake of coming in a group of five or larger there will be a service charge slapped on top of your bill. I have no problem with a service charge if the service is good. For this I do not personally blame the staff more the policies the business forces upon them. I have also been told they return beer back to the kegs to reduce wastage, which is not only disgusting but illegal.
