Friendly service. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to where we needed to be. Beer was good and the live music was most enjoyable in the Horse and Jockey next door particularly Johnny's rendition of 'Where do you go to my lovely' at the end of a great night out. Overall an enjoyable stay

Had a great night's sleep. Very comfy bed & good pillows. Shower was lovely & bathroom was clean. Good amount of towels. Asked for more milk & was given lots plus decaff coffee as requested.
Sadly we weren't given any info on the food available in the pub next door. We ate elsewhere.

Thankyou for the lovely review, all the team at Aylesbury work hard to make sure that all our guests have a clean and comfortable stay, unfortunately we do not own the pub next door , but we will always recommend somewhere to eat if you need any suggestions, there are quite a few places to eat in the area.

Very basic facilities and in a busy location. Served its purpose for a couple of days break but poor value for money.
Breakfast experience very disappointing - little or no choice in the Continental (no marmalade on first morning!). Cooked breakfast OK but nobody overseeing things.

Despite being on a busy main road we found that noise wasn't an issue. The hotel reception staff were really friendly and welcoming. They supplied us with extra tea and milk when asked. The attached restaurant is an Ember Inn and has the normal sort of pub grub

Room tip: We had room 47 which is upstairs at the rear, very quiet

Stayed here in early June it was a pleasant stay although I asked for a twin room the second bed seemed more like an after thought and not that comfortable, but the room was clean and quiet, the staff were very pleasant and helpful and I can say I would stay there again when in the area but not a twin room.

Thankyou for the lovely review, We work hard here to make all our guests stays as comfortable as possible and on our website it does indicate that our twin room consists of a king size bed and a single /sofa bed. but we have other rooms available as well, so we look forward to seeing you in the future
