“Used to be nice when it first opened but seems to have gone down hill fast!”

Service is very slow especially at peak times, I have had better service in busy bars & restaurants in London which have been far more busier! (Perhaps under staffed who knows!)

Food: When this place first opened the food was actually very nice and good value for money but recently its gone down hill!

Burgers and steaks seem to okay but stay away from the fish... 'famous beer battered' fish (not cod) just fish... trust me there is nothing famous about it. The fish was also under cooked.

Portion size has also reduced, which is a good thing but some may feel cheated when compared to what you pay for each dish!

I wouldn't eat here again.

A very nice establishment to eat at choice of meals including two daily menu boards to choose your meals from alongside their standard menu.
Although it was a busy Sunday lunch period the staff were on the ball and managed to cater for many tables that had largge family groups. The bonus was the 2 For 1 deals that were part of the dining experience as well.
So I can recommend this restaurant on the quality of the food and it's selection combined with hard working staff and the deals for all customers to dine there

Pub is good for a local drink and if you want to grab a bite to eat its fine. You get a wetherspoons style pub.
Would suggest that even the buy one get one free on mains is still not not value for money.
Stick to pub classics on the menu and it will be fine.

Pizzas not microwaved enough so cold in the middle! Onion rings and chicken wings deep fat fried to oblivion! Steaks and burgers were good ! Service and staff were good when not complaining that they were rushed off there feet because someone had called in sick! Is fairly cheap but only if there is an even number! Go figure why restaurants do this buy 1 get 1 free nonsense!
