I stayed in this hotel for one night at the beginning of December for business. I slept for 11 hours straight so that's got to be good! I wasn't disturbed, I didn't need the staff for anything, everything in the room worked well and was easy to work. The room had a large, very comfortable bed, and a very comfortable chaise longue where I sat and read most of the night. Breakfast prices must have changed since other people wrote their reviews, as I paid £10.00 (booking it the night before on arrival), and had a lovely cooked buffet breakfast- couldn't have been better!
The staff were friendly and helpful. Particularly the restaurant staff, one of whom set up a fresh table for me as soon as I got there and was very polite even though there was a table made up right in front of me (which I didn't notice until after he had made up another one!)
I would definitely stay here again, although if I was staying for tourist purposes I would probably go for something right in the centre of Bristol (this is about a 10 minute walk from the market).More
