Nice hotel but this week only the room was not so clean.

However, this is offset as the beds are great, and it's a quiet, wonderful location. The staff are wonderful, friendly and appropriate.

Breakfast is great too.
Thanks for a lovely stay overall.

The hotel is very good located in city centre, in a modern new area.
It' s a simple hotel, but it's a really good value for money, it's one of cheapest hotel in Bristol and it's clean, modern and quiet.
It's a very good option to stay in Bristol. I recommend it.

Great early check in and late check out.Brilliant location especially for Thekla, lots of riverside bars and restaurants nearby and great for exploring the city centre. Although it was in the midst of everything, there was no noise.
Staff were helpful, room was spotless, bed was comfy. I parked a couple of minutes away in multi storey car park, and asked if there was a discount from the hotel, which there was.

This Ibis hotel is right on the waterfront and a short walk into Bristol city centre. There is an underground carpark right next to the hotel, which is £15 for 24 hours and the hotel reception will validate your ticket for 50% discount. The building itself is ultra modern, in keeping with it's surroundings. The hotel lobby is open and welcoming and the bar and restaurant is right there on the ground floor.

The rooms themselves are small but well appointed and the bathrooms are in these cool self contained pods. The bed is large, comfortable and offered a great night's rest. Breakfast was a bit bland but the orange juice was fresh and the coffee half decent. One thing to note is that the WiFi isn't free but you do get an hour if you purchase a drink at the bar. There's also some good restaurants and bars right on the doorstep

All-in-all, this was a great hotel for a short stay and Ibis is quickly becoming my favourite budget hotel chain.

Awesome location near to pretty much everything; shopping, restaurants, etc., however parking was a problem as we had a van over 2 meters high so could not park in the normal garage. The staff was very nice and ready to help with anything. Everything looked pretty new and was very clean. The room size was nice and adequate; bathroom was very small but had good lighting. No mini bar, but no big deal there. Beds were comfortable. We had a really crappy view out of our window (the window, rooftop and junk of another building), but we weren't there for the view. :-) Ridiculous that internet access was GBP 9,- / 24 hours, though you'd get an hour for free if you bought something downstairs in the cafe. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and would come back if in Bristol in the future.

This hotel is very clean and I was very happy with my room. Shower was wonderful. It has a very handy location close to lots of restaurants. The new beds are an improvement but pillows are very hard. The eating area is very clinical and sadly the breakfast is poor with cooked food available that is not freshly made and very poor quality sliced bread and very poor effort at fruit salad. Tea and coffee is help yourself and always tastes as though water was not boiing. As a consequence we have never chosen to eat there in the evening. These things would be easy to improve and I have politely given feedback to no avail!
