“Good for music”
Reviewed April 14, 2014

Having read reviews of this pub we decided to drop in while in Bristol for the weekend. We went mainly for the live music. The music was great and the atmosphere was really friendly and relaxed. Not a smart, trendy kind of bar, the floor's sticky from spilt drinks & the toilets were apparently not nice!

“Great jazz!”
Reviewed March 31, 2014

A lovely little pub in the busy waterside area of the city, we go here regularly for live jazz and other types of music. Tiny stage creates a great atmosphere right in the corner of the pub. Gets a bit crammed so I would recommend getting there early to get some of the seats in the upper area.

“Awesome pub!”
Reviewed March 19, 2014

I simply loved it - been here every time I visit Bristol, it's just an antic pub with live music every night around 8-9PM. Nice selections of ciders, close to The Apple if you don't find your favorite cider there. A must-see :-)
