The Premier Inn at Bristol South was so comfortable and great value for money. We stayed in two rooms, a family of 5, for 2 nights in September and had a great weekend. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was fabulous and worth every penny. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, a fan was provided to keep us cool. I would highly recommend this hotel to other families looking for a good place to stay. Please don't be tempted to try Frankie and Benny's opposite, it is very highly priced for mediocre food and drink. The cinema is on the other side of the car park and McDonalds kept the children happy on our second night. We had never stayed at a Premier Inn before but would do so now. The science museum @ Bristol is a must!

Room Tip: Our room at the back on the ground floor was quiet and private.

My husband and I stayed for 1 night at this hotel. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly, and couldn't be more helpful.

The room was spotless, beds very comfortable and the room was extremely quiet. Extra details had also been thought of, for example a floor standing fan in the room aswell as air conditioning. If you just wanted a top sheet instead of a duvet because it was too hot for comfort, they provided them, nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent base to visit Bath and we would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the back, away from the car park

Myself and my husband and 8 year old daughter stayed here last night after a long but great day at Longleat. We were greated by a wonderful lady called Tina who was so friendly even at 10pm at night. She could not help us enough and we all warmed to her. The room was spotless. The beds and pillows were so comfy and fresh and clean. The bathroom was also spotless and has hand wash and shower gel foam dispensers and not nasty soaps :). The room has a big flat screen tv. We did not stop for breakfast as we were going into bath but I did see a lot of people going to have breakfast which is always a good sign. Loads of parking and lots of places to eat also on the complex. Tina was on reception again when we checked out and again she was very happy and helpful. We would stay here again. X

Room Tip: I have clicked the swimming pool by mistake and don't think they had one. We were in room 10 and it was on the bottom floor and very quiet.
