Go for lunch here maybe once a month,
Took 45 minutes for our order to come out, was not busy on the Wednesday lunch we came.
Food was not hot but only had 5 minutes before we had to be back at work so didnt bother complaining and getting new ones
Chips had obviously been sat on the pass for way too long.

Dont reccomend at all.
Would rather go spoons.

Overall atmosphere here not very welcoming. It was 1 October, yet all the outside doors were open which made it very d raughty. I was really cold despite sitting in a little cubby hole to try to avoid it. The menus on the tables needed a good clean. The food itself was okay, nice and hot and served on hot plates. Predictably the two spritzers on the drinks menu were not available? (they never are I find!) The toilets left much to be desired! When you walked in you were plunged into darkness as there was a delay before the light came on. There were three toilets; two of the doors didn't lock and the other one had no seat! We won't be going here again in a hurry. It's a pity because it could be really nice if it was revamped a bit. Greene and King chain I think.

The girl working behind the bar did not look happy to help, no receipt given, extra burger( not ordered but charged for).
Extra burger have been rufunded-thank you for that. However after main course I walk to the bar to call dessert away ( to avoid long waiting time) and after 20 minutes i had to ask again...that was 1 kids portion of icecream...after another 10 minutes icecream served by angry girl(same person who took the order and have been asked for icecream) and all with just few customers in the bar...how it work when is busy???
To be fair the previous time we've been here, we have really enjoy it, so what change? Only the person who serve us.

We decided to go out for a meal and drink and were kind of intrigued by the looks of the pub.
I ordered the chicken challenge and my friend the sirloin steak mid done with garlic bread each.
After over an hour waiting I decided to chase up our order and was told it was being played by one member of staff and just finishing cooking by an other. It was a Monday so a quiet evening.
After an other 10 min our food showed up with three starters instead of two to which the reply was "o well you get an extra" by the way bearly any garlic butter on the bread.
Chicken challenge had about 10 different items on the tray( which was old and rusty) and they were all overcooked even the corn on the cob.
My friend was missing onion rings and grilled tomatoes from his plate.
All and all if you are going out for dinner avoid this place.
