Just came back from a birthday treat. It was one of the best experiences I had the pleasure in participating in. Clive & the crew were very accommodating although we were unable to reach great heights it was still a fantastic & exciting experience. Champagne was a great bonus too.

First time for our family of 5. We chose an exclusive trip as it was a 50th Birthday present. Flew out from Ashton Court and headed south into the mendips. Up in the air for about an hour but the whole preparation and packing up meant that you should allow 3-4 hours total. Evening flight with sunset views - we were very lucky with the weather.
Skilfully and sociably piloted by Dave Griffin - a wonderfully smooth take off and landing and Dan, our ground support had a great personality and made us feel very special.
We all want to do it again soon!

Such an incredible experience!! For those who think it might be scary, I am the most risk adverse person going and I was not at all worried at any point during the experience. The crew were outstanding! My husband and I had talked about doing this for years and our wedding anniversary was coming up so it was a great reason to do something memorable. We decided to phone up last Saturday to see when the next available slot was and it was that following Monday and we managed to fly that day too, which is remarkably lucky as this experience is so weather dependent. We set off at Victoria Park in Bath and the views were stunning up in the air and continued to be stunning as we passed over the rolling hills near Bath. I would totally recommend this experience and it is definitely an amazing way to celebrate a special occasion. It is more than just a flight, the set up is really exciting and amazing to watch as well as the putting the balloon down. The champagne at the end, as well as our pilot's really interesting stories, really topped off the experience off nicely!

Had the good fortune of being piloted by Clive and the team last Saturday. A truly unforgettable experience which surpassed my expectations of the last 18 years watching balloons going overhead.

If you've ever been tempted or thought "I wonder what it's like up there" it's slightly better than it looks (always thought it looked amazing). Can't emphasise enough that the return you get for the 5AM start is so worth it... even if you can't fly first time keep trying.

And to top it all, you land in the chocolate factory. There weren't many oompah loompahs around but the champagne was flowing freely.
