.......for the Graduation Ceremony for our daughter. Loved the Dean's sense of humour. Very beautiful and unlike many cathedral's, they don't charge.

Went to a graduation at this cathedral - absolutely fabulous well worth a visit. really beautiful and well worth seeing.

After all it is a place of worship, so not really a tourist attraction. Architectually it is not quite in the same league as Gloucester and Wells and perhaps suffers from the busyness of its surroundings.
Well worth a visit and a coffee in the tearoom

The gardens near by Cathedral is a good location to rest during your trip. Also there is a Tesco just across the road. By the way, don't forget to visit the Cathedral Graveyard.
