Owner description: We The Curious was previously known as At-Bristol Science Centre; an educational charity with an aim to “make science accessible to all”, it opened in 2000, and welcomed over 5 million visitors in the past 17 years. At-Bristol relaunched as We The Curious in September 2017, with a new vision that is committed to creating a culture of curiosity. We The Curious is an idea and a place for everyone. Our venue on Bristol’s harbourside is a bit like an indoor festival, with all sorts of different experiences, where you can interact with exhibits, test stuff out and participate rather than just visit. We’re all about empowering everyone to ask questions and get creative - with boundaries removed between science, art, people and ideas - a culture of curiosity.

this is a great thing to do with kids. I took my 11 year old niece and she had a great time with the interactive exhibits (as did i!!!) I saw a lot of younger children there too and they all seemed to be enjoying themselves too!

Love this place! We were given season tickets as a present and go pretty often with the kids. We're forever finding something new to do or discover - there's no way you can see everything in even a whole weekend. Fascinating exhibits and staff very friendly and helpful.

A broad variety of activities that went down well with our daughter on her 4th Birthday. The only let down was the restaurant where we thought the food was below average & overpriced.

I would have given this a 'very good' if everything had been in working order, because it is a very interesting and informative visit. A trip to the Science Museum in Manchester proved just as stimulating, if not more so, and was free of entrance charge (although there was a donations box).

Having decided to go into Bristol for a meal / drink with friends we thought a wander round harbour side have a look as one rarely does in ones home city, it would be nice as it was a warm summers day.
Thanks to the bus dropped us of (why drive when one has a driver and free pass ) At -Bristol we meandered through to the square with its wonderful fountains filled with little children doing what they do best when encountering water on a warm day.
WE discovered that there was an abundance of eatery's and drinking holes to be enjoyed, almost to many to name.
The square itself is large and tidy and has plenty of places to sit and enjoy the day.
Well worth a visit.
