“Better than expected! ”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 27, 2014 via mobile

We were greatly impressed by the standard of this hotel! Except of the excellent location of it (right in the middle of the city centre and close to shops and restaurants) it was clean, well maintained with spacious rooms and a nice view from the 15th floor where our room was located. Staff were very friendly, always willing to help with anything we asked.
Tea and coffee making facilities were also available in the room which we made great use.

The only two negatives I can report are:

1. Out of the 6 nights we stayed at the hotel for the 2 of them we only got 1 face towel instead of 2 (as we were 2 people staying).

2. More generally, half an hour of free internet is very limited compared to other places which offer free internet 24/7.

We are however very happy with the hotel in general and if we ever returned to Bristol we would definitely choose this hotel again!

Recently stayed here for one night, have stayed here previously and have never had a bad experience .Hotel is a very good location in Central Bristol and this time had the room for a very low price bargain, rooms are comfy and clean. Ideal as a base for shopping also close to the music venues like the O2 Academy or Colston Hall. Staff were also helpfull.

Stayed here for 1 night. This is a centrally located, 3-4 star hotel. Large double rooms with spacious bathroom. Clean & quiet lobby, corridors & rooms. Polite & helpful staff. Bus station just next door. However, internet is charged but reasonably. Check-in time is 14:00Hr, which I found somewhat late especially if you had requested early check-in on online booing. Bottom line, I guess its worth a stay!

Situated behind Primark, this is an ideal spot for dumping your bags off from the fantastic Cabot Circus and many of the high street shops.
had a room for £29 which i thought was a nice price.
The staff are friendly and will help with any issue big or small.
10-15 minute walk from Termple Meads station, unless you know the shortcuts.
breakfast is expensive £8.25 althought it is a all you can eat, there are some cheap cafes in the centre therefore i advise gettin something from the city.

Room Tip: Book rooms that are £29 good location clean/friendly, decent nights rest. 8.5/10

Very good location for central Bristol and the Cabot Centre, very nice room and comfortable bed, quick check-in and check-out, good breakfast. There is a good range of vending machines in the lobby for snacks and drinks.

Yes, I know; it's a budget hotel, same identical livery, rooms, wall-art, etc. BUT...it's central location is actually more convenient for Bristol city centre than any other so called Higher-end' hotel which will set you back twice the daily rate of this one. I've stayed in Bristol on many occasions & in other hotels, but for me this will do nicely, thank you very much! Just don't eat there..!! :-)

Room Tip: Upper storey rooms have great views across Bristol.
