Frst time in the Mecure as we normally stay near Cabot Circus. Arrived 10pm and the whole area was very lively, with bars and floating restaurants. Very pretty river side location, plenty of of people sitting outside even in November. Unfortunatley we are up with the lark and no on else is. Couldn't face paying £33 for our breakfast in the hotel (especially having been surprised by £15 for parking) but couldn't find anyone open for breakfast in the immediate location. Finally found the Weatherspoons in the harbour area about 10 minutes away.
The hotel is converted BT offices and we thought not a sound proofed as some airtight new builds, so there was some noise from the corridoors and outsideMore
