My partner and I found a double-room for three nights at this hotel. Although our first impression when we entered into the hotel was quite good, the recepcionists weren't very polite since they stared at us as though we were too poor to pay for it. What should be important is that you can pay it, and I feel they shouldn't judge you because the way you dress or you look. Also we found very inconvenient the check-in time as we landed at 7.30 am in Bristol and were trying to kill time until 2 pm.
As regards to the room (504), it was really nice and comfortable, but with one big downside: it was too hot and the air-conditioning didn't work well, since we had to turn it to 5 degress to feel it. To be able to sleep, we had to make use of it the whole night!
However, the location was superb, right in the centre of Bristol and there were a lot of restaurants in the area so the experience wasn't that bad.More
