Stayed for one night in a 5th floor double room with a river view. The rooms are well designed, good big desk for working from, a comfortable bed and good lighting (the nearby Radisson should take note). The bathroom was sizeable enough with a decent shower. The tv in the bath tiles is a nice touch but a bit too small to be anything other than a gimmick.
Room service was good with a very decent menu. Breakfast was a cut above with a good mix of buffet and made-to-order food. Nice fresh coffee too. I only have two gripes. Firstly for the chargeable wifi - £4 an hour! Secondly for the noise. The river path is fairly busy and the noise was a bit intrusive at times. The hotel itself was also noisy till late (loud conversations, doors slamming etc) but this was down to the guests, not the hotel.
Nonetheless, a good hotel in a good spot.
