I couldn’t believe how much this exhibition has improved in the last 20 years. It is amazing, lots of detailed information, hands on exhibits and helpful staff. The ship itself is fantastically restored and it is easy to understand the conditions the crew and guests endured. We were also given an informative chat in the research section. Andy showed us the cricket memorabilia from the tour to Melbourne.

Thanks for reviewing us. We are happy you felt we were worth the visit. Sorry you felt admission was overpriced, as a registered charity, money from our ticket sales goes directly towards conserving the ship. Visitors can expect to spend 2-5 hours on site and tickets also include free return visits for a year. We are regularly updating and adding to the attraction and hope we can welcome you back to make use of your ticket. Kind regards.

History at its best foresight to rescue a monument of our past. Worth every pound of entry fee with plenty to see and do for s few hours.

The ship itself is the highlight, but the way they have “preserved” it in the dry dock is really clever too. Lots to see before and after the actual ship, with a fascinating display on the chain-smoking genius (48 cigars a day) that was Isambard Kingdom Brunel.

Just went back for the second time this year, once again showing someone from out of town around and this must-see Bristol treasure didn't fail to disappoint as usual. The whole experience is perfect from walking straight in and paying, despite it being a bank holiday weekend and getting around the boat easily without crowds at our leisure.
