Myself and my partner always use this hotel when we are in Bristol. We brought my parents this time and again it was spot on!

Easy check in - cookies supplied, huge king bed and clean room.

In a convenient location for the city centre and some nice eateries.

Will definitely continue to use this hotel for Bristol stays

Although you enter this hotel through the car park, which I found a little off-putting, once inside the place reeked opulence and splendor, which I really liked! Everywhere was really clean and sparkly and it was incredibly quiet.
Very good location within a few minutes of Temple Meads railway station.
I didn't have breakfast - I think the prices hotels charge is outrageous, but I had a really excellent meal next door at The Arc, in the crypt of the huge church next door to Doubletree. I'll be writing a separate entry of this.

Room Tip: We were on the 3rd floor and it was incredibly quiet

Dear Guest

Thank you for taking the time to write a 5 star review of our hotel.
Despite our city centre location we are a quiet hotel.
I have passed your positive comments on cleanliness to our housekeeping team, who always appreciate the feedback.
I am sorry you found our breakfast prices to be a bit expensive. They are competitive within the city and there is a very large selection to choose from but we also apprecaite that our guests have other choices available to them.

The Doubletree by Hilton Bristol City Centre is very good choice of hotel for those looking for a convenient location (very close to Temple Meads station and a short walk to Broad Quay and other sights) and great value for money. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

bristol is not one of the most exciting cities in the UK. However, our stay at the Doubletree made up for this. The Hotel offers excellent value for money. Our kids appreciated the password free access to the internet.

Dear Guest

Thank you so much for your 5 star review.
I am sorry you didn't find the city as exciting as you had hoped. Bristol has been bursting at the weekends with all the recent festivals, which have been more popular this year than ever before. Maybe your trip was during the week.
We are always very pleased to read when guests have told us that they have had excellent value for money and we know that providing unlimited free internet is appreciated.

I picked this hotel mostly because of its location as I was coming to Bristol by the airport bus (which stops right across the road and just outside on the way back) and also for the proximity to the train station as I was also visiting Bath.

If you want to be slap bang in Bristol city centre, this hotel isn't...but it's a very easy 10 minute walk to a nearby shopping centre, which had a cinema and some lovely restaurants (and shops!)

The room itself at the hotel was very nice...a little bit on the small side but I was travelling solo so no big issues there. TV stations etc were all good. Loved being beside the cathedral and hearing the bells ring but can understand that it's not for everyone....well worth having a look inside the cathedral some time.

Food was okay but only had bar snacks one evening and didn't opt for breakfast. Found plenty of options further afield as I was walking around Bristol.

Overall - better than I expected and would stay again if ever in Bristol.

Dear Guest

As you mention we are just one of a couple of hotels where the airport bus stops right outside our hotel which is very convenient for our overseas travellers.
Pleased to hear that everything in the room was to your satisfaction and that you liked the view of St Mary's Redcliffe Church which is described as Queen Elizabeth 1 favourite parish church.
Delighted to read that you will use us again the next time you are in Bristol and please do make sure to book through our website that always has the best available rates guarnteed.

It is the first time i have stayed in a double tree hotel and i have to say i thoroughly enjoyed it. I had had the previous 2 nights spent in hotels in other parts of the country from other chains and this was a welcome change. Bed was enormous, there was coffee and tea, even an ironing board. Tv at first wasnt working correctly, but within 2 minutes of notifying them, they came and fixed it with a retune of the channels. Shower was blissful with a choice of rain shower or hand held. Facilities were very clean throughout. Bed was really really comfortable and the air conditioning was very quiet and effective in letting me sleep really well. Also really appreciated all the plug sockets in the room. As i was over on business i needed to work on my laptop and it was useful to have. Also appreciated the fully free wifi. Breakfast was also lovely. staff were very helpful throughout the entire stay and i will 100% recommend and stay here again
