Fantastic location in centre of city. Cabots shopping centre next door.Temple meads not far also buses easily caught her by.Room large compared to some and reasonably priced given location.Staff 10/10 very helpful it felt like a well run establishment.Food I only had maims in evening but Very tasty.Bar area comfortable and Breakfasts self self to get what you exactly want. Its not a special hotel but value for money .I will stay again.

Room tip: Plenty of room plus a safe which i always like.

Booked here for one night, great location for shopping and good value parking as we were arrived at 2pm and left 2pm the following day but didn't have to pay anything.

Room was clean and bathroom looked recently refurbished.

Staff were lovely at check in and departure, we didn't eat at the hotel as there was plenty of choice at Cabot Circus.

My only gripes about the room were:

Shower really lacked water pressure.

Lights can only be turned off from one side of the bed...you can't just have beside lights on...it's all or nothing.

Our towels felt quite threadbare.

Only one side of the bed had plugs and no usb sockets...most hotels now have these.

We stayed here for 2 nights across the bank holiday weekend and booked a large queen room which was brilliant. There was a couple of aesthetically displeasing things but it was just me being particular more than anything I would think. A bulb in the bathroom wasn’t working as well as a couple of other things. The room was brilliant and the bed was really comfy. Slept brilliantly. The hotel was very convenient for what we were doing throughout the weekend. Would definitely book again. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We’d driven to Bristol without printing tickets to an event we were going to. We mentioned this to the staff at the front desk and they were happy to help!!! Brilliant!!!

Stayed one night to go to A gig midweek.
Although the king size bed was a good size, my partner and I found it too soft and not the best nights sleep. Rooms are clean but very little style. Lights are rubbish as you can only have them on or off, no option to just having bedside lights on. If coming back to the hotel late at night avoid the park nearby as fills up with homeless spice heads. Not impressed and won't recommend to friends or stay there again if visiting Bristol.

We booked a superior king sized room and ended up receiving a disabled room.. neither of us are disabled. Bed was definitely not king sized. :( shower was awkward because it was for wheelchair users. quite sad as we was hoping this would be our usual Bristol hotel from now on as it is brilliantly set right next to Cabot circus about a 1 minute walk and we travel to Bristol very often.

On a good note the staff at the hotel were also probably the nicest and friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered.
