This hotel looks fantastic clean and modern and also offers free parking next door at the multi story car park.
What stops me giving this place full marks is that the Customer service isn't the greatest here as checking in was a little bit like an interrogation and I had to ask where my room was and also when and where breakfast was held. I am used to hotels giving you this information up front.
Rooms are very clean and brilliant decor, I had a lovely picture of the clifton suspension bridge in my room, along with a book about the Bristol and a complimentary bottle of water. There were hot drink making facilities in the room but I had to ask for some tea bags.
A great convenient place for the shopping centre too.
Breakfast was average with full english or continental on offer.
Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at the Future Inn.
I am very pleased to see that you found the rooms to be clean, modern and well maintained and that you took advantage of our free parking,.
Our aim on front desk is to always put the guest experience first and satisfaction is paramount to us. This said i shall be retraining all front desk staff to ensure all relevant information is given to guests on arrival to the hotel that is required to make your stay as compfortable as possible.
This is a really good hotel, it's clean, it's well, located for shopping and other city centre amenities and the prices are great. The details are not as fresh as it was.a while ago but I always remember the service and the food both were good.
The only downside was the lack of Internet in the room, for a city centre hotel this should be included free
Thank you for reviewing your recent stay.
I am very pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us once again and i hope we can welcome you again in the future.
I stayed over a weekend with my family and the staff could not have been more helpful. Reception staff helping with directions, printing things out for us and taking the time to include our small children in the whole experience. Staff elsewhere were also friendly and extremely helpful.what can I say Future Inn they are an asset to you!
Lovely spacious clean room, breakfast and the light lunch that we had in the restaurant were also delicious.
Free parking an absolute bonus and great location.
I don't understand some of the poor reviews I see on here.I just think that some people are never satisfied and if u want a 5 star hotel then go and stay in one-and pay the price for it too!
Well done Future Inns. We will be back.
Thank you for such a lovely review of your recent stay with us.
I am delighted that you found our staff to be so friendly and that they were helpful with anything you required.
It is always a pleasure to receive positive feedback and i shall be sure to pass this on to the staff.
Nicer than a Travelodge etc, good room size and free parking. Staff were very helpful on reception. Good location for ciy centre and easy to drive to. Didn't eat there but the bar was fine and other group's meal looked nice! Would certainly stay there again when in Bristol

Firstly this is based on staying in a accessible double room 423 stay Wed 10th Apr 2013. This was all that was available at the time of booking. When I checked in I was told that my room was straight opposite the lift and was disabled accessible. My heart dropped and was offered a twin room on the ground floor as that was all they could offer me because of the type of room I booked (what)? Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with an accessible room especially the way these are set up. My fear was that everything is at a low level. This room had a low level sink and shower, but also had a standard height shower and sink.
Anyway, I thought I'd give the room I booked a go. Where do I start? You know when stuff happens, you say here we go. The lift drove me crazy, it was going all night constantly even though nobody used it (I mean constantly). Both cups in the room were dirty, one with coffee lip marks and the other had a crusty bit of biscuit stuck to the side where someone had a swig and bite at the same time. The toilet was grim, the wet room was wet, as the water didn't drain away. The standard height shower was shockingly bad, as the shower head sprayed everywhere apart from down. It even hit the lower level shower and sprayed everywhere making the water cold as well as impossible to use. You then have to resort to using the low level shower with the head being lower than my head even when it was at it's highest setting. Stop laughing! The power of the water being so close to my skin gave me a rash on my chest and back. Comical trying to wash my hair! There was even a shower fixture that had broken off and was left in the soap tray. The room only really had one option for lights, On or Off! Not a separate set above or next to the bed, or above the sofa. There may have been one at the desk. Apart from that, the food was great and the service was good. A shame I wasn't asked how my stay was when I checked out. Great location for hotel. If I do go back, I'll only go if I am guaranteed a different room. Expensive experience £99 Room only + parking.
