Open daily from 9 to 5! Nice bathrooms, better exhibits! Look onto the Atlantic Ocean from Cape Cod. There's no admission fee! It probably won't take you over an hour to see the entire facility.

“No trip to Cape Cod is complete without this”
Reviewed October 11, 2012

The National Seashore is a must see on any trip to Cape Cod (there are only so many tacky souvenir shops anyone needs to visit in a lifetime). They also have stamps for your national park passport. A good place to go to stroll or explore.

“fort hill area, easham, ma”
Reviewed October 10, 2012

This area features a short hiking path with a beautiful view The trail includes the Maple Swamp Boardwalk. A recent visit revealed that the property has been neglected and is in the state of disrepair. Several areas of the path have been washed out. A portion of the boardwalk is closed because of disrepair. The portion that is open has loose and saging boards. It is overgrown with brush and has apparently not been trimed for some time. Parts of the walk are covered with mud and decaying leaves. It is a shame that this once jewel of the National Seashore has been allowed to deteriorate so badly.

“Wonderful!”
Reviewed September 30, 2012

The National Park Service is such a great institution, and this is one of the reasons why. They have preserved a very large portion of the "outer cape" while making it very accessible to visitors in a meaningful way. The beaches are so clean. We saw seals and had a marvelous time watching the waves break on the shore. We also enjoyed the Marconi Station site -- a must for young people who are interested in modern wireless communications so that they can appreciate the work that came before. The various lighthouses are wonderful to see. The entire park was our favorite activity of the entire Cape Cod stay -- don't miss it!
