Returned in May for another stay at this beautiful cottage. It is well appointed and has plenty of characterful indoor and outdoor space for entertaining. Ideally located for the Suffolk coastal villages.
Beautiful cottage in a lovely location. Loved this charming cottage which was beautifully furnished for our relaxing short stay. It has an exquisite cottage garden and plenty of parking.
Just spent another lovely weekend at white sheep cottage.
I don't think I have been to a more unique home, I love it and will book again.
A beautifully restored cottage in a lovely village and location plus not far from the coast.
Nothing was too much trouble for the owner and the cottage was very clean with good facilities - highly recommend it!
Plenty of parking and a lovely garden.
I stayed in White Sheep with several friends. It was a fantastic stay, getting out of London to do some long walks.
The cottage is beautifully decorated and is a perfect combination of a classic, picture postcard cottage, with old beams everywhere, coupled with aesthetic touches wherever you look and all the mod cons you'd need.
I slept in the twin room, which has extremely comfortable matresses.
Despite having a full house, it never felt crowded. We were lucky with the weather, so could eat outside on the large table on the patio. The kitchen is also big and comfortably accommodates a full house.
The lounge area is very comfortable for relaxing and chatting and because it is situated away from the bedrooms, children or adults can sleep undisturbed.
The area around Peasenhall is beautiful English countryside and is perfect for long walks.
Southwold is well worth visiting. We went up the lighthouse there with an enjoyable tour, which is suitable for adults and children.
I thoroughly recommend Sheep Cottage. It is lovely, comfortable, even for a group of 6 adults.
We stayed here Friday - Monday as we were attending a wedding at Bruisyard Barn which is only 5 minutes away by car and so the location was perfect. Pleasenhall is a relatively small village but has an amazing Deli plus other amenities. The Cottage was spotless and the garden looks lovely but not at it’s best at the beginning of March, in the summer I imagine it’s glorious. Especially liked the black and white sheep grazing on the lawn.
Thank you Sue, we would definitely book again if we were in the area.
there's a lot close by - in the village there's a lovely deli and a convenient shop
and there are loads of great pubs close by -
a short drive to Southwold and lots of lovely country roads to explore
