Our first visit to the Bleue Coyote was great. New owner was very friendly, and we thought we had a new spot for breakfast. We returned for a second visit to find they were using new Red Barn Market products, and were very excited as that is one of our favorite grocery spots. The menu prices were higher, but we did not mind paying more for quality. We ordered from the new menu, and were terribly disappointed. We were served VERY overcooked eggs, and although the waitress happily said they would be replaced, our plates were returned with very undercooked eggs, and the cold toast and hashbrowns from our previous plates. One of our party of four ended up not eating as they didn't want to wait, and one ate COLD food and nearly raw eggs. We thought we would give it one more try and returned, this time to have a piece of coloured wrapped toothpick in the middle of a sandwich, didn't feel nice in the mouth, and we were offered no compensation. $40 for two breakfasts, one of which contained a toothpick? No thanks, we will stick with the Prairie Inn!
