A large menu with some interesting choices. We went with a couple who had raved about the pork schnitzel so they and my GF all went for that. The dish was huge with two large pieces of pork covered in mushrooms and gravy with a nice accompaniment of spuds and other vegetables. They all loved it. I went for the pork shank chop with peach chutney and I would also highly recommend it.
Food was excellent, service was good, setting is gorgeous but building is a little dated (lots of pictures of how the area used to look in prior years including pics of when there was a big fire there in the past).
Overall - a very pleasant evening was had by all.
