After 2 weeks in Desolation Sound under sunny skies, it was a treat to tie up at Grief Point on the first cloudy day. The restaurant is as good as always: we enjoyed the Clamussels (a clam and mussel appetizer that is a great shared dish for 2); and we each had the Snapper, Crab, Shrimp special which was perfectly prepared, if a bit bland. We rounded out the meal with warm pecan pie and ice cream. The meal was perfectly prepared, perfectly served, in a perfect atmosphere as we had the terrace table in the very prow of the deck looking out over the sea. It amazes me that we can have meals of this calibre for reasonable prices on the way home from a sailing trip. Keep up the good work!
