My brother in law picked this place purely because 'RIBS' were advertised on the window!
He ended up having a Bison Burger, as did my husband, and both were very impressed. The pulled pork was excellent and the bacon cheese burger my sister had was so big she couldn't finish it!
We were served by Meg who was lovely. She came to our table with a look of horror on her face thinking something was wrong as we were all peering into our glasses. The glasses were so cold that our beer had turned into a slushy and the ice was bubbling to the surface! Being English, we're simply not used to having our beer cold! Lager yes, but not beer!
This is an expensive place to eat but the meal was lovely and Meg could not do enough for us.
Well worth a visit.

Husband had rib dinner for $29.95. They were dry and boney. Unfortunately, since we were really hungry and it took a long time for our order, he ate everything rather then sending back. Otherwise, waitress said they could have given some credit, which was understandable. Nevertheless, the ribs were bad. But the Bison Prairie Soup ($8.99) was large portion and very good. Not too salty unlike a lot of broth-based soups.

The service is good and friendly. The selection is varied enough that anyone could find something. The quality is just fine. We always come back here every time we're in Waterton!

We stopped in for dinner on night while staying in Waterton. Food was OK but nothing special. Like all the places in Waterton, the prices were higher than they should be, but that's to be expected. Services was good and the staff was friendly.

We enjoyed our visit and thought it would have been perfect except for the flies. The food was fine but not spectacular and service was average.
