Northland Lodge is everything it professes to be from the setting in Waterton-Glacier National Park, to the line dried and pressed linens, to the delicious morning muffins, to the resident deer and great special formulated foot soaks. Stacy is a perfect hostess and bed and breakfast operator. Enjoyed every blessed moment. Thank you, Stacy

A great place to stay in Waterton - comfortable, convenient lodging at a reasonable price in a historic home. The innkeeper, Stacy, was very friendly, helpful, and accomodating....and the breakfast muffins were delicious. Very nice touches like excellent quality, line-dried, ironed sheets and good quality towels.

Our stay at the Northland Lodge was heavenly. Waterton is the perfect destination for those looking to avoid the crowds in Banff and the Northland Lodge was the perfect place to stay. Tucked away on a mountain side 5 minutes from the town center, the Northland Lodge provides quiet, cozy accommodations and gracious hospitality. We started each of our days there by enjoying the spectacular mountain views from the deck outside our room while downing hot coffee and our hostess Stacie's freshly baked muffins (delicious).

The Northland Lodge was built in 1929. The rooms are small, but charming. At night you can fall asleep to the sounds of the water from Cameron Falls (located nearby). About the only negative I can think of is that perhaps some of the carpeting could be updated.

My wife and I came to hike and were overwhelmed by the beauty of the trails in the Waterton area. For serious hikers we would highly recommend the Akamina Ridge and Lineham Ridge trails (8 hrs each).

On one of our off days Stacie treated us to a complimentary and much appreciated foot soak, enjoyed again in the warm sunshine of the outdoor deck.

Our stay at the Northland was everything we had hoped for and more. We would love to return again someday.

The Lodge is a cozy little B&B nestled into the mountainside, attractively located within a 5 minute walk to the Waterton townsite. The atmosphere is relaxed and the hospitality is first-rate. My mother and I have visited Waterton annually for many years, but have never found a place to stay as comfortable and charming as this place. We enjoyed freshly baked muffins and steaming hot coffee each morning and the unique foot soak the Lodge offers was a delightful find after a long day of hiking. This place will keep you coming back year after year.

The Northland Lodge in Waterton Park is like going back in time. The rooms are quiet and relaxing. Each one decorated with fun details. Be sure to look at the posters and memorabilia. The host was very accomodating. Besides making homemade muffins with a terrific Saskatoon Berry jam, she was knowledgable about the best hikes in the park.
I spent one full day doing the Carthew-Alderson hike. I love to hike and this was truly spectacular.
