Room was clean and comfortable. Service was great. We made a short stop here before going on, but they remembered us when we came back a week later. I would definitely recommend coming here. Great room for the money.
- Room Service
Me and my family stayed two nights, the business room was big, clean and has a good view. Internet connection, coffee/tea making facility. Close to Schiphol and have a free shuttle with not much breakfast options and not much friendly staff.
Staying close to the AirPort is sometimes necessary, and this was a good option. The rooms are comfortable, and it is quiet although close to AirPort. Free wi-fi throughout the hotel. Good breakfast, and nice area to relax. Hotel is located "in the middel of nowhere" when it comes to shops etc., but possible to use shuttle to AirPort to go on by train to city.
Not very far from airport. Other airport hotels are much nearer. So it is more or less quiet. Complementary bus service to the airport at regular interval. Nice location.Food is reasonable. Front desk people are very helpful. It was a night stay but for longer stay look out for other hotel.
I have been here a couple of times-- primarily because there are office parks within a couple minutes walk that have important customers housed there. It is a more pricey hotel than I would usually choose when looking to stay at an Airport. To some extent you get what you pay for- ie an upscale feel. But you feel like every bit of food and beverage is costly and if you stay there more than one night this will add up fast.
They offer a reliable shuttle to and from the airport for free.
There is free wifi throughout the facility and it worked fine for me.
Breakfast is 25 Euros if its not included in your rate.
Room was clean, a good size and perfectly functional.
So my biggest gripe would be it is not the best value- but otherwise a perfectly good hotel.
I was lucky enough to stay in one of the "superior rooms," so I had a very nice room with modern decor, large size, and very comfortable. There is a pillow menu, and the bed was very comfortable. A good workspace in the room with a nice coffee maker and a tea kettle with a good selection of both teas and coffees.
There was a nice sized bathroom with decent products and very large towels. I also appreciated the washcloths, which is rare in Europe. I also used the clothesline in the bathroom, which was a nice touch.
The rooms have irons and ironing boards in addition to a pants press. Also, the outlet accommodates American devices without a converter, which was terrific. The rooms were fairly quiet, until about 8:00AM when the cleaning staff gets the carts out and starts cleaning the rooms. It was a bit noisy in the hall then.
Breakfast came with the room, and it was very good. If your room does not include it, the price is 25 euros, which I think is outrageous. There was a selection of hot foods, salad bar, cheeses, breads, coffee, cappuccino, tea, you name it. There are Dutch, American, and English selections.
I had dinner at the restaurant, and the service was very slow. I wouldn't go back as a single traveler. I also had dinner at the bar one night, where the service was much better. The burger was delicious and freshly made with a hand formed patty and made to my choice of doneness. It was tasty.
Very convenient to the airport, and there's a shuttle every 30 minutes. There is a bike rental if you would like to explore the area, although there's not much around. The gym is very nice, and the overall feel of the hotel is elegant.
