“Confortable, quiet, secluded.”
Reviewed May 31, 2018 for a stay in May 2018

A lovely well appointed serviced annex with the benefit of a continental breakfast all just placed in the fridge. Very clean with comfortable bed and lounge area, and Jules provides excellent recommendations for "days out". Little interference but Jules is around when you need her. A sheer delight!

“Beautiful, bijoux hideaway”
Reviewed February 27, 2018 for a stay in February 2018

Badgers Lodge offered a warm and luxuriously cosy retreat despite the freezing weekend we picked. Jules is a fantastic host offering 5 star service, from our initial enquiry to even booking us a table at The Peat Spade (highly recommend a meal here), on our first evening. We returned later to find chocolates and the bed turned down, how lovely! There are proper jugs of juice and milk (no horrible small cartons) and a selection of jams for the breakfast she brings at a time to suit. The area is beautifully quiet and peaceful with some really pretty villages nearby (we loved Longstock and Stockbridge). Salisbury and The New Forest are also within reach, that’s if you can bear to leave. Thank you so much, Jules. We can’t wait to visit again.

“Wedding night perfection”
Reviewed August 30, 2017 for a stay in August 2017

This gorgeous little place couldn't have been any more perfect for our wedding night. Jules catered for our every need and more. Everything was finished to perfection, the bed was incredible & all towels, robes etc were super soft! Breakfast was prompt, who doesn't love warm croissants in the morning? So peaceful and quiet, absolutely no signal on phones which is what we wanted, minimal wifi so it's perfect to get away from the crazy of normal life. Will definitely book back in and will recommend to all our friends & family.

“Charming property brimming with character in beautiful rural location”
Reviewed July 7, 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Located in beautiful countryside on the border of Hants and Wilts Badgers Lodge is the perfect place to explore this wonderful unspoilt area of natural beauty.
Salisbury and Southampton are within easy striking distance of the property but the pretty local villages are equally appealing and provide some great walks and welcoming shops, pubs and restaurants.
Badgers lodge offers everything you would expect in a self contained annex that oozes character and charm.
The main house is close by and hospitality if required is offered by Jules, a fantastic host and a mine of local information, if she doesn't know she will find out for you.
Fresh baked croissants are provided for breakfast each morning and a generous supply of fruit and preserves are always stocked in the fridge.
We loved this property and will return when the opportunity arises.

A perfect little hideaway. Luxurious and comfortable; we couldn't fault Badgers Lodge.

Jules, the owner, greets you and immediately makes you feel welcome. In the morning she provides freshly baked croissants and pan au chocolate.

Fresh milk in the fridge, tea, coffee etc as well as other luxuries, biscuits and soft drinks all in the price.

We didn't want to leave!!
Ones things for sure, we will be back very very soon.

Thank you, Jules.
(We really don't think you are charging enough for the service and quality you are providing.)

Outstanding.

Stephen & Fran xx

Stunning countryside, delightful bed and breakfast accomodation and the self contained annexe is an absolute delight, clean, bright and had everything we could possibly want. Large comfortable bed and an extremely tastefully decorated room.
The hosts were perfect, very attentive yet unobtrusive, never invading our privacy.
I thoroughly recommend this bed & breakfast and we shall definitely be returning for a longer stay.
