Great spot for an afternoon on a very scenic patio...The spot to meet the interesting locals from Pender Island. Food is very good and very reasonable.

I had two separate experiences at Port Browning and the service was great both times! Smiles and warm welcomes for both visits. The breakfast was okay however it seems that seasoning isn't something their big on concerning the breakfasts. The potatoes were bare and the omelette quite bland. The service was excellent though and she was incredibly personable! Artwork showcasing the talents of local artists adorning the walls were a great addition to the atmosphere. During the night time I was able to visit their pub and enjoyed their incredible pasta dish with prawns and scallops (however the scallops were on the small side)The atmosphere held a steady and happy buzz and was overall very welcoming!

We arrived on Pender on a Tuesday, so we were in time for Turkey Tuesday (full traditional turkey dinner). My husband had it and said it was very good. I had the seafood fettuccine, which was also very delish!

Atmosphere was very friendly and the weather was beautiful. After dinner took a little walk around the grounds and took some nice photos.

Stopped by for a quick lunch out on the sun-filled deck in mid September. What a nice spot. Friendly waitress, great view and a nice lunch of chowder and a salad. Couldn't ask for more.

The food and the view are good, but the service is very slow. The service was so slow tonight that we almost did not leave a tip.

You will really enjoy the view of the harbor while eating outside here.

This place really needs to improve their service. We waited a long to to place our order, a long time for our food, and a long time to get out bill.

It will be awhile before we come back.
