We ate twice at the Sea Shell while on Grand Manan Island for hiking. The food is very reasnably priced and the cook prepares everything from scratch, which adds a few minutes to the wait but well worth worth it.
I had the fish and chips, which were excellent, and on our second visit I had one of the best lobster rolls I've ever had. Sue, due to allergies, stuck with hamburgers, which she said were better than Five Guys, a place we like to go to at home on occasion. The hamburgers are prepared from scratch, none of this pre-frozen stuff.
The Sea Shell is a great place to go for an inexpensive, good quality meal.
