I believe this B&B was one of the most laid-back yet very cool places I stayed at.
Fred and Kathy and warm and welcoming people, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
One night they let us "occupy" their dining room to eat some take-away dinner there.
On our last day they just let us enjoy breakfast and have a late check-out.
They lent us their canoe and offered us their windsurf board and even came to rescue us after a little canoe adventure!
The room was cozy and the back patio with a pool and a great view of Lake Ontario were an absolute plus.
The breakfast was very good, with fresh fruit, many types of cereals, cheese and homemade jams, all products of good quality and in the majority local.
If you are allergic to cats, be aware because they have three that are allowed inside the house (not in the guest rooms though).
The B&B is very close to the Sandbanks National Park: just the perfect combination for having a fantastic time.
