This was our second visit to Snug Harbour Inn in Ucluelet. We came back didn't we? Sue and Drew are excellent hosts and Sue makes the best blueberry coffee cake - shouldn't be legal. Awesome. Love the view and heated bathroom floors, nice touch!

Cheers, thanks again for the hospitality,

Marlene

Having just reviewed the past 10 pages or so of reviews (a meta-review?) for A Snug Harbour Inn, we can’t add much that hasn’t already been said. We stayed for three nights in mid-February, 2012 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Clean, comfortable rooms, gracious hosts, tasty breakfasts as well as incidental home-baked treats -- it’s all here. Living on Vancouver Island means that a trip to the “coast” is usually pretty non-eventful, but staying at the Snug Harbour makes for a very entertaining and restful break from routine. Sue assisted us with reservations at “Norwoods”, an excellent local restaurant for Valentines day dinner, which was a big help. We weren’t lucky enough to witness a big storm, but staying with Sue and Drew made for a great get-away. We stayed in the Sawadee suite and found it supremely comfortable. With great views, a convenient location and all amenities near at hand, this Inn is one of the best we’ve stayed in. Highly recommended.

Just got back from our second visit to the Snug - a truly relaxing stay made extra special by our wonderful hosts. Perfect in every way - the views, the comfort of the room, the luxury of the property, Sue's wonderful culinary delights and Drew's attendance to our comfort. We made fantastic memories and will definitely come back again!

Wow! was all I could say when we walked through the front door and saw the amazing view. After 2 weeks travelling Canada we knew we had come to the right spot for rest and recuperation. Instead of a storm, we had a very welcome sunny day to walk in the national park and explore nearby Tofino. Sue gave us some great suggestions for lunch and dinner, and her hospitality was delightful.

Room Tip: Our ground floor rooms were very quiet.

Although I was at first reluctant to stay in a B&B my husband booked a trip for my birthday this year after coming across A snug harbor inn on the internet. We stayed in Sawadee room and I have to admit it was AMAZING!!!! From meeting Sue and getting our tour to the end with Drew getting up early to make sure we had coffee and a takeout breakfast I cannot say enough good things about our stay there. The room was fabulous, breakfast dellicious and every place suggested for supper was totally fantastic. I can't wait to go back!!! Tom and Joan

We stayed at the Snug Harbor Inn for a weekend in January with friends. What a great getaway. The rooms were fantastic, the view is sensational and the host Sue, was right there to provide information on everything from sightseeing to restaurants. The hot tub on the deck with other fun guests is an awesome thing to do while it snows! will definately stay there again! Dave and Jan

Room Tip: the rooms in the big house with a view are amazing

Altho we did not see a wild winter storm, we had a great time just soaking in the hotub and sitting in front of our personal fireplace.
The breakfasts were great! We'll be back.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Valhalla room which was fantastic. Book early to get it tho.
