We totally enjoyed our stay an the Snug Harbour Inn. Sue was always helpful in suggesting places to eat and in securing dinner reservations. The 75 steps to the little beach were worth the descent and climb. The hot tub offers picturesque views of the ocean. The Rooms are well appointed and offer a kind of luxury that was welcomed as we neared the end of a three week trip. Our pet friendly room was wonderful... one would never know that this was the "pet" room. Reservations are a must in the summertime.

Room Tip: All of the rooms are great!

My boyfriend and I stayed here during the end of October and we had the most fabulous experience. The moment we stepped inside the front doors of the Inn, we were greeted by a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean from the great room with its large panoramic like windows. The Inn keepers are fantastic people who truly put their all into ensuring your stay will be a pleasant one. Our king sized bed ocean view room was spotless and once again, had a spectacular view that was both private, and was visible while laying down in the bed. We dined at a fabulous local restaurant on recommendation from Sue, and no word of a lie, she was not joking when she said they had the best seafood in town. In the morning, we moseyed into the dining area to awaiting plates, fresh coffee, a fresh baked lemon loaf, fruit smoothies and a quiche like baked breakfast. One of the things I loved about our experience is how the owners / Inn keepers of this place are so accommodating and flexible to whatever needs you may have. My partner and I completely fell in love with each other, and this place while we stayed here and we hope to go back and visit again in the future.

We decided to try "winter storm watching" and forego our usual sunny vacation destination and are so glad we did! We couldn't take our eyes off of the view right outside our bedroom window..waves travelling over 5000km across the Pacific and then crashing upon the shore right below us! Drew and Sue suggested three restaurants and all three were magnificent. They pointed out some great hiking loops along the coast and into a rainforest and all were breathtaking. The icing on the cake was fresh baking always on the counter (the sticky pecan cinnimon buns were decadent) and a great variety of teas, hot chocolate and coffee to round out the day. We were so well looked after and would definitely recommend this B&B.

Absolutely first class B & B. We had the Sawadee room, but I'm sure every room there is great. Extremely well maintained, and very warm and friendly hosts. They told us of an excellent place to see some bears, at a nearby fish hatchery, and sure enough, we saw 4 in the water, fishing away. They also told us about a fish & chips takeout, which has the best fish and chips we've ever had, period.

The photo's on the website do not do this place justice ! The views are stunning and the hosts, Drew and Sue are both knowledgeable and accomodating. The breakfasts were delicious and inventive. They also have a nice dog ! Would highly recommend the Snug Harbour Inn, it is a great place.

We loved our stay at the Snug Harbour Inn. They have a room that allows pets and I can't tell you how wonderful it is to be able to travel with our dogs. Sue & Drew are perfect Hosts and made us feel very welcome. We hiked the "Wild Pacific Trail" and tired out the dogs so we could enjoy a dinner out. Breakfast was delicious with excellent coffee and Sue's delicious homemade coffee cake & jams. The Inn is perfectly situated on a quiet cove. We'll be back.
