“Fantastic burgers and extensive selection of beers!”
Reviewed August 17, 2013

We stopped here for dinner. Food was excellent. I had the ahi tuna burger, my husband had the oyster burger. Both were tasty. Beers were great too. Highly recommend.

“Mac and Cheese Bar!”
Reviewed August 16, 2013

Wow! This place had about 7 different types of Mac and Cheese. Everything else on the menu looked great--all organic. Meals are served to your table but you order at a counter. It took nearly 40 min. for food to arrive at the table after ordering--but it was worth the wait. The place is very popular and with good reason.

“Delicious, high quality local fare, with a friendly service.”
Reviewed August 16, 2013

The menu features burgers, sandwiches, salads plus some more substantial dinner options and many great sides.

One of the best aspects is that the ingredients are mostly locally sourced from the Pemberton valley, and of the highest quality. For example, Pemberton valley natural beef in the burgers.

All of our meals were excellent. We had mile one burgers and a chicken sandwich. They came with a huge and really good side salad add on. We also tried the apple pie, even though we were so full, and it was also delicious.

One mile gets my highest recommendation. Better than any place that I've tried in Whistler, both in terms of ingredient quality and preparation.

You should definitely consider eating here.

“The place to eat in Pemberton”
Reviewed August 15, 2013

It might take a little while but it is worth it. We both had oyster burgers, something we had never tried before, and they were excellent. And though they did not have beers on tap their selection of bottled brews was very good and I enjoyed my dark amber a lot. I am very glad I received a referral to this place. It did not appear their dessert offerings were that great. There were only two items available, a pie and some smores in a canning jar or something like that. So we passed on the dessert.

“Good food once we got it !”
Reviewed August 11, 2013

Visited during an overnight stay and found the place to be jam packed ! We weren't sure on ordering system as unclear but discovered it was gourmet burger style. When ordered it took 50 minutes for a burger and salad which was a tad too long but food was good and HuGe!
