Nice suites, friendly people and good service. Located in the center of Pemberton. We had this as a base for spring skiing in the Pemberton /Whistler area. Myson, the manager was very helpful. The rooms are well equiped and clean.

Dear Fred Wergeland
We're glad you used us as a base for Spring Skiing in the Pemberton/Whistler area & found the Suites, Staff & Service to your liking. We try make Pro' & Amateurs Skiers alike feel at home, whether for a short or extended stay.To clarify we're not located in the traditional center of Pemberton Village, that begins 3 blocks away, But our newer part of town is where the Village now begins. In House we have the famous Mile One Eating House, a Spa & Hair Salon & across the streets another great restaurant the Wood, Blackbird Bakery & Mount Currie Coffee all do make us great base. Not to mention all the other eateries within walking distance. We're glad too, we could be helpful with Tourist info', such as where to get groceries, eat & ski, as the Tourism Info' Centre was closed at the time of your stay. They are now open through the whole Summer. Hope to welcome you all back next Ski Season. Thank you for taking the time to write a review for other Skiers & Travelers in general.

Dear Dani C
Thank you for you & your friends for staying with us, & the kind words too. I'm glad the info' I provided was helpful, & that you found the rooms spacious, clean & having everything you could need. I found in your profile that you like Museums & Concerts. Pemberton has a quaint little Museum open in the Summer & Whistler has the Squamish Lillooet (Native) Cultural Centre open year round. Whistler has many free concerts & Pemberton a few, coming up this Summer. Hopefully the Pemberton Concert will re-start next year!

Pemberton Gateway Suites are the perfect getaway. Set in a quite location with no shortage of outdoor excitement. This is my second, of what I assume to be many trips, returning to the Pemberton Gateway Suites for a springtime backcountry skiing trip. Set directly above the best restaurant in town "Mile One", across the street from the best coffee and breakfast in town "Mount Curry", One block from a medium size skatepark with excellent flow, Pemberton Gateway Sweets are in a perfect location. Not to mention the lakes and mountains surrounding. The rooms themselves are quite and comfortable with excellent lighting, airflow, and energy. One half hour drive away from the roaring nightlife of Whistler, I recomend these suits for any party or group.

Room Tip: All rooms are very similair.

Dear Parker White. Thank you for your time & the review. We're glad you returned & we hope that we'll see for many more ski seasons too. Thanks for pointing out our location with no shortage of of great food & outdoor excitement, including Springtime backcountry skiing at Joffre & Duffey Lakes, & the new pro designed Skatepark down the block. Think of coming in the summer for great Mt Biking in the Pemberton Valley & Whistler.

I had a great stay at the Pemberton Gateway Village Suites Hotel on March 29,2013. The room was very clean and crisp. I had a great sleep in the bed and I usually bring my own pillow but I forgot and the pillow that was on the bed was great, very happy!

Dear Bob: Glad you had great sleep, as you put it, in our great beds. Our beds are true luxury Queens made right in BC - what American Hotel Chains call "Hotel Kings". We're glad too you found "The room was very clean and crisp." Hope to see you again soon. Thanks for your patronage & for taking the time to write a review for your fellow travelers.

We booked this place for an overnight stay while on a backcountry ski trip. The rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. We stayed in a two bedroom efficiency that easily slept 6 people. The kitchen was clean and well equipped.

The Mile One Diner downstairs is a great place to eat. The burgers are delicious and the craft beer selection extensive.

The perfect overnight stop on a busy adventure.

Dear Robin Jane. We're so glad you & all your friends all had an excellent backcountry winter ski trip. Yes, our 2 bed Rm Efficiencies easily sleep 6. The well equipped kitchens are great for group cooking, but its very tempting to just head downstairs to Mile One. We agree it's a great place to eat, the burgers are delicious, & they have an extensive selection 25 craft beers. Soon there'll be wine on tap. We're glad, too, you found the rooms clean, spacious & quiet.

Thanks for taking the time to write this review, & for booking with us.We'll look forward to you & all your friends coming back for another Backcountry Winter Ski trip, & Spring Skiing too! I checked out the WebCam at Cayoosh today (link on our Webpage). There are at least 9 groups of Skiers & Sledders up there within the camera frame alone!
