Regalade is prized by locals, and visitors come from far and wide. We keep going back because this place is a foodie heaven. The warm blue cheese and pear tart (as an appetizer) is a good example of what makes for special dining. Whether duck or pork, servings come direct from kitchen sizzling in their own skillets. And don't get me started on the vegetables, which are sublime (whipped potatoes, carrots with cumin, and so on). On the downside, its popularity means it's very crowded, plus the menu never changes - I guess if you get it right, you don't need to monkey with it. Will go back!!
