We went there for a social event. Even though we didn't have a reservation, the hostess made sure that our large group was accommodated by tweaking their seating arrangements and sat us down within a few minutes on arrival. Our server was cheery and very professional; his drinks and food recommendations were perfect (BTW, you have to try the Winter Ale… it's fantastic).

Unfortunately, there was a mix up in the kitchen and our food didn't get to our table for an hour, but the management made sure we are taken care of. Very graciously, the restaurant management took off the appies from our bill and brought additional appies (free of charge) to the table just to keep our stomaches preoccupied until our dinner arrives.

Great service all around; it made our night a lot more fun.

Went for the 3-6 pm everyday wings and dry ribs $6 each appy special. Wow! Best wings and dry ribs we have ever had. Ordered the $16 bottle of Social White wine from Okanagan Vineyards, great deal. The 2 glasses of water we ordered also came with a nice bottle of cold water. Nice touch. Our server had worked there for 3 years and was personable, friendly and informative. Even the bill was presented with class. We sat in a large booth which was extremely comfortable. The restaurant is on the smallish side, but if you get a chance to go with a group, try to sit around the inside "fire pits" on the patio side of the restaurant. When we left, it was very busy at the entry, however we did hear a "thank you for coming" from 2 of the staff members who were greeting the new arrivals. Just great customer service.

Went there for a late lunch and had an excellent meal. The service was also excellent with the waitress being totally attentive to our needs but not pushy. The downside though was the music was exceptionally loud which meant everyone in the place had to shout to talk and they did making it even more noisy! Prices for coffee and tea are above the going rate - guess that is so you'll buy an alcoholic beverage.

Hubs and I went the other night, I had one piece fish and chips he had a fish burger and cowgirl salad; we each had (non-alcoholic) iced teas. We were put in a booth which was very comfortable, our server was excellent - very attentive without being pushy. The bill came to $48 including tip, which we both felt was rather high considering what we had ordered. Nothing wrong with the meal per se but nothing stellar either. I think there is too much competition for my dining dollar to return to this place. It is really more suited to the younger crowd who want to see and be seen. They do cater to football crowd one evening a week, which is nice for those who follow NFL.

Ordered the cowgirl salad which was very good.
But I have heard that it isn't on the menu anymore.
Would try again, good for an after work place to go.
