“Walking Trails a Must”
Reviewed January 7, 2014

Lots of trees and walking trails make this a nice park to visit. Don't expect "Stanley Park" but if you are looking to visit a quiet secluded neighbourhood park you won't be disappointed. Lots of picnic tables and swings for the family.

“one for the kids”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

As a local , if you cross the border visit the park . Trees many will never chance in a lifetime to see . An original tree fort for the past , and on a clear day you can see ( almost ) forever .

“Away from it all”
Reviewed August 4, 2013

This is as close to original forest as you will get in Metro Vancouver except for Lighthouse Park. The walkways are wide and easy. This is the perfect picnic place. Great for kids. Wintertime, if we have snow, take your Xcountry skis. Take a camera for sure in any season.

“Canopy in the sky.”
Reviewed August 4, 2013

I went back to this park recently. It is not off leash but terrific for picnics. The trees have gotten sooooo tall that you can barely see
the branches. They are all labelled though. You are not allowed access to the tree house at all . A wonderful place for spending an hour.
