“Trophy Mountain Buffalo Ranch”
Reviewed July 24, 2013

I frequently visit Wells Gray Park, Clearwater, British Columbia. However, this is the first year I have stayed at Trophy Mountain Buffalo Ranch. What a lovely spot. There are campsites with water and power, cabins (sleep up to eight), private rooms in the big house, breakfast if you wish, and horseback riding. Best of all, it was close to the park attractions such as Moul Falls and half way between the main features of the park (for hiking and exploring history and scenery of the area) and Clearwater (for picking up groceries, doing laundry, etc.). The prices were very reasonable and Sue, the manager and Jason, the wrangler were both very hospitable. You will not regret trying this site out.

“Wonderful day out”
Reviewed July 14, 2013

This park is wonderful with many hikes and fantastic waterfalls. We visited in 2009 and couldn't resist a retutn when we found ourselves in the area again in 2013. We were staying in Kamloops so had a 90 minute drive to the park but it is well worth the time and effort of travelling. For us, the beautiful waterfalls are the main attraction, but we also enjoyed two hikes of about 1 hour each during our day visit. Our day was completed by viewing a black bear eating in a hedgerow near the road.
Wonderful day out.

“A Park that is not too commercialized yet”
Reviewed July 12, 2013

There are many easy hikes and beautiful waterfalls to view. WE felt 3 days exploring this park would be enough. We spent one day canoeing on Clearwater Lake, the other days we spent viewing waterfalls- Dawson Falls, Mouls Falls ( a must ) and Helmech Falls

“Great day stopover”
Reviewed July 11, 2013

If youre travelling between Jasper and Vancouver, plan to stop in Clearwater and spend a day in the park. It's free to enter, and the waterfalls are truly beautiful. The road only sealed part of the way, but the gravel part isn't too rough, providing you take it easy, a normal car will be ok

“Fantastic park”
Reviewed July 7, 2013

If travelling between jasper and Vancouver this has got to be the first choice for a stop over, but make sure you have a full day at least. It is a beautiful park full of stunning scenery and awesome waterfalls.
